Treatment

Anxiety is a natural response to any situation which is believed to be a threat. It is likely that you have become highly sensitive to situations which carry some risk or which you find difficult to predict. It may be that you are doubtful about your ability to deal with difficult situations. Through CBT you will learn how to develop healthy rational thinking so that you no longer have an exaggerated response to potentially stressful situations.
